1991
KUOYUH W.L. Enterprise Co., Ltd was established in Yunlin, Taiwan.
1992
Started mass production of F66 series overload protectors for shredders.
1997
“88”, “97”, and “98” series products have passed UL certification, improving product diversity and market visibility.
2002
Began to produce the “91” series products that applied in small household appliances and passed UL and TUV certification.
2003
Invested and established a factory in Guangdong, China: " KUOCHENG Electronic (SZ) Co., Ltd" and began to expand our business in the Chinese market. Also, obtained ISO9001 international quality management system certification.
2005
Became a qualified supplier of Dyson, provided small current, small size motor current protection devices.
2006
Introduced environmentally friendly materials in all raw materials to comply with ROHS regulations.
2008
Established the second factory in Guangdong: " KUOYUH (Dongguan) Enterprise Co., Ltd" with an area of 8000m2 and a monthly production capacity of 2 million overload protectors.
2010
Set up automation department and established UL product laboratory.
2012
The area of the Taiwan HQ was expanded to 6000m2, and obtained complete safety certification, including IEC, UL, CUL, CSA, TUV, VDE, CCC, SAA, CE, KC and other certificates.
2014
Overload protectors ("AR" 16 "Series) for DC equipment have been developed for trucks and ships.
2017
Added "102", "17", "18" series plug-in overload protectors to replace traditional automotive fuses.
2018
The area of Guangdong factory has been expanded to 1500m2, with a monthly production capacity of 4 million overload protectors.
2020
Added ATM/ATO/ATC blade fuse circuit breaker (replacing FUSE) for use on marine and trucks.
2021
Guangdong factory expanded by 2000m2, and added vehicle/Marine product line. Expand storage space.
2022
KUOYUH established the "Hydraulic electromagnetic Circuit Breakers" development team.
2023
KUOYUH develops a full range of Hi-amp circuit Breakers to enrich the automotive/Marine product line. And obtained UL certification.
2024
Taiwan headquarters, Taiwan factory expansion plan (new space: 4000m2). It is expected to be completed within 1 year.
